FIBArk Parade kicks off exciting day in Salida

The Salida Fire department kicked off the 2018 FIBArk parade riding the department’s vintage fire engine. The streets were packed, the mood cheerful, as the town celebrated the 70th anniversary of FIBArk — First in Boating on the Arkansas.
