Commissioners approve land use projects, sidestep major subdivision posting requirement
According to Section 1.3.5 of the Chaffee County Land Use Code ( http://www.chaffeecounty.org/EndUserFiles/57029.pdf ) this county is required to meet notice requirements on time – not just some of them. The LUC goes on to say that proof that this has been done has to be provided; “the planning staff shall provide confirmation of publication, notification of adjacent property owners, and posting notice on the property.”
