It might not be time for Football Night in America, but it is definitely Thursday Night Lights time in Salida.

The Salida High School Football Program is hosting Thursday Night Lights in July from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., in partnership with the Salida Parks Department and Salida Youth Football.
It’s not too late to join.
In fact, the first session held last week had 30 participants in grades one through eighth grade.
