The already short agenda for the 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 30 Chaffee County Planning Commission became even shorter this week. It was truncated to a single project review agenda item when a second agenda item was continued to Aug. 27.

Remaining on the meeting agenda to be held at 104 Crestone Ave., Salida, is a review of the RGP Industrial Park Major Subdivision preliminary plan. The applicants, Tracy Guccione and David Padoven, have filed to divide slightly more than 70 acres of industrial/rural-zoned land into six lots with five lots of approximately 2.1 acres in size, and a single lot of 53.5 acres, plus the right of way. The project is proposed for 10000 CR 140, Salida.

Continued to the end of August was the Cool Clear Water Major Impact review for townhouses, located on rural-zoned land at 9325 CR 160 and 9693 CR 163, Salida.

Also on the agenda is an update regarding the development of the county’s new comprehensive plan, the election of a planning commission member as secretary, and a discussion of electronic applications.
