From 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on May 4 and 5, Fremont County Public Health and Environment (FCPHE) will offer free COVID-19 testing in Cotopaxi.  This free drive-through site will be held at the Cotopaxi School located at 345 County Road 12, Cotopaxi, CO 81223.

From 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on May 5, FCPHE will host a Pfizer vaccine clinic at Cañon City High School for community members 16 and older. The clinic will be located at 1313 College Avenue, Cañon City CO 81212.

Signed parental consent forms are required for kids to receive a vaccine without a parent present. The second dose will be administered from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on May 26.

FCPHE will also host a Pfizer vaccine clinic at Florence Junior-Senior High School located at 2006 State Highway 67, Penrose CO 81226. The clinic will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on May 11. The clinic is open to community members 16 and older.
