The USA Women’s Rafting Team is holding a fundraiser beginning at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 25, at the Lariat in Buena Vista, featuring the popular local band, ‘Airing of Grievances.’ The USA Women’s team is hoping to travel to Australia in May to participate in the World Rafting Championships.
There will be a $5 cover charge at the door. The event will include a silent auction, raffle and funds from all Elevation Brewery purchases will go to the team. USA Women’s Rafting merchandise will also be available for purchase at the event. Items include the team hats featuring the iconic ‘Red Ladies’ name.
