In an announcement made mid-morning on Thursday, from the Buena Vista Chamber of Commerce, the special Veterans Fair and Town Hall that had been scheduled for today has been canceled.
“We are sad to announce that this event has been canceled due to weather/driving conditions. Stay tuned, another has been scheduled for August 18,” read the message. “Please let all Chaffee County Veterans know that if they need anything, contact our VSO at 719-239-4678.”
