Finally — the Salida High School Class of 2020 will get to graduate!
At 9 a.m. on Saturday, July 18 Salida High School will celebrate its 2020 graduating class in the Salida High School’s Spartan Stadium. Due to the ongoing public health emergency from the coronavirus known as COVID-19, extra health precautions are being taken and social distancing guidelines are in effect.
Graduates have a limited number of invited guests and additional family and friends are asked to spread themselves around the stadium fencing. The Colorado governor’s statewide facemask mandate is in effect for any indoor activity but is not needed on the sports field where graduation activity will occur.
The graduates will be seated on the field facing the home bleachers. Only graduates and authorized staff are allowed on the field. For those unable to attend in person the ceremony will be streamed via YouTube. Click TWICE below to go to YouTube and watch live.
