From 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on July 24 the Western Fremont Historical Society (WFHS) will host an open house at the WFHS History Center located at 70 County Road 56 in Howard.

The open house is being held in celebration of the completion of the exterior restoration of the “little white church” in Howard.
Participants will get a chance to tour the recently complete exterior of the historic 1898 Free Methodist Church Building. Artifacts that were unearthed during the restoration will be on display. The event offers a chance to share stories, photos and memories about the historic church. Information can also be emailed to wfhsinfo@westfremonthhistory.com
Also available for viewing will be the new World War I and Grange exhibits. New publications and information about local landmarks will also be available during the open house. Everyone is welcome to join this free event.
