Women’s March the umbrella for many causes

Attendees of the Women’s March in Salida voiced opinions about a variety of rights and issues from women’s rights, to voting rights, ecology and gay rights.

“Our democracy is under threat. We need to start listening to each other, allow opinions without attacking. We need to collaborate, be more tolerant. Let’s be human beings – if we listen to the rights of one group of people, we need to listen to the rights of other people.”
