Angel of Shavano Car Show Returns August 7

On August 7, Chaffee County Search and Rescue South will host their 30th Annual Angel of Shavano Car Show. This fundraising event will take place at Riverside Park. The Car Show will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with award presentations at 2:00 p.m.

This year, the show is limited to the first 100 entries who will receive a show support trophy. Competitive judging of the Shavano Seven takes place where the top seven entries will be awarded exclusive trophies. The event is sponsored by Salida Auto Sales, Collegiate Peaks Bank and Big O Tires.
