The continued growth of incidence of the Delta variant of COVID-19, has drawn increased attention to the state’s vaccination efforts. Fremont County residents who have not yet received their COVID-19 vaccine will have multiple opportunities in the coming days. Walk ups are accepted and no insurance or ID is required to receive the vaccine.

The clinics will offer Pfizer as well as Johnson and Johnson. The Pfizer vaccine is available to kids 12 and up with parental permission. Below is a list of clinic dates and times.

  • 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m. June 29 located at Estes Industries 1295 H Street Penrose, CO 81240
  • 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on June 30 at Cañon City High School, 1313 College Ave Cañon City, CO 81212
  • 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on July 1 at Cañon City High School, 1313 College Ave Cañon City, CO 81212
  • 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m. on July 2 at the Royal Gorge Route Railroad 330 Royal Gorge Blvd Cañon City, CO 81212
