Governor Extends COVID-19 Executive Order Protection against Tenant Late Fees

As of Sunday afternoon, March 28, Colorado Governor Jard Polis extended the Executive Order related to protections provided to Colorado residential and commercial tenants from late fees due to COVID-19.

The order would have expired on March 28, 2021. It is extended another 30 days from that date, unless extended further.
