She began with a quest to become a raft guide in Colorado. That led her to Buena Vista in the summers of 1997 and 1998. She returned to Colorado in 2006, immersing herself in the state’s entrepreneurial community.

Morgan’s diverse career has included roles such as operating her functional nutrition tele-wellness clinic, People + Planet Nutrition, and she has served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio. Recently she has managed the farmers markets for Buena Vista and Salida. Her dedication to supporting local businesses is evident in her varied experiences, including working at several businesses on Buena Vista’s Main Street.

“I am thrilled to be a part of the Buena Vista Chamber of Commerce,” says Morgan. “I look forward to engaging in meaningful conversations with the local business community and creating a space for connection, fun, and success throughout our town.”

As the new Executive Director of the Buena Vista Chamber of Commerce, she adds that she is eager to foster relationships and create spaces for business success throughout the town.

According to the Chamber, her belief in small businesses as engines for positive change aligns seamlessly with the BV Chamber’s mission.
