The first item of business is Resolution #2024-4, appointing a new Town Administrator. This important topic will be followed by a recreational request: for the construction of a pickleball court  at 120 Halley’s Ave, in Crossroads Retail Park.

The trustees will review bids for a water main crossing at U.S. 50 and U.S. 285, and consider offering a letter of support for a Shell gas station, that has been requested by McFarland Oil, located at 11344 U.S. 50.

The trustees will move on to the discussion of fencing options for the town’s stump dump, and then address the
KLJ Project Transmittal: the U.S. 50 Planning & Design – Phase 1 & 2 Completion.

The final item on the Board of Trustees regular agenda before hearing staff reports is a discussion about hiring a Town Planner.
