Applications for the Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center (HRRMC) Auxiliary’s 2022 scholarship are now being accepted.
This renewable, four-year scholarship of $1,000 per year will be awarded to a 2022 graduating high school senior who resides in the Salida Hospital District. The district includes the counties of Chaffee, western Fremont and northern Saguache.
Eligible applicants will have been accepted to a college or university, will be attending in fall 2022 and must be planning to major in a healthcare field.
Guidelines and application forms are available through local high school counselors and on the hospital website under the HRRMC Foundation tab.
Completed application packets must be e-mailed or postmarked by April 1, 2022.
