Network Service Interruption Alert from 2:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 16
Aristata Communications advises they will be finalizing equipment replacement at their network core early Thursday morning, November 16. Customers may experience network interruptions during that time, thought to be minor, with minimal impact during these wee hours.
According to the company, the network should be fully stabilized and operational by 4:00 a.m.
As reported by Ark Valley Voice, Aristata customers throughout their service area experienced outages on Nov. 8 and 9 and there have been unconfirmed reports of slow bandwidth as late as today. AVV reached out to Aristata Communications CEO Carlin Walsh at 3:50 p.m. He acknowledged “we have been experiencing some network capacity challenges in limited areas; these capacity issues should clear tomorrow.”
