Chaffee County Public Health (CCPH) has scheduled public education outreach opportunities on the Home Share program on July 19, in three separate locations in Chaffee County.

CCPH Director Andrea Carlstrom said the sessions will offer the public an opportunity to learn about the benefits, barriers and challenges of the program for home seekers and providers, “…and why being a home provider and seeker can be an important housing solution in Chaffee County.”

“We will also discuss the dynamic home share process and answer your specific questions to determine if home sharing is right for you,” Carlstrom added. A Home Share Coordinator, Janice Brunner was recently hired to expand this key program.
