Chaffee County Public Health (CCPH), in conjunction with the Colorado Public Health Orders and the County’s public health orders, is trying to slow the community spread of the coronavirus known as COVID-19.

Travel into the county by visitors, or travel out of the county by residents has already been shown to be the common denominator in the positive cases of COVID-19.
CCPH is urging each visitor to Chaffee County, to take the pledge and make it personal:
I will:
- Maintain a 6 ft distance
- Wash my hands often
- Cover my face in public
- Stay home if sick
- Get tested immediately if symptomatic or came into contact with someone who tested positive
