The Chaffee Housing Authority (CHA) is holding its regular meeting this afternoon at 4:30 p.m., November 16, at 114 Linderman Ave in Buena Vista. (Meeting locations rotate between Buena Vista and Salida)
On the agenda, in addition to committee and Executive Director (ED) reports, are procedural items on staff benefits, under Old Business.
Under New Business is a presentation by Magellan Strategies and Summit Information Services on a possible survey of Chaffee County citizen attitudes toward “a voter-approved dedicated funding source (for affordable housing) that would be on the ballot in November of 2024.”
Also for consideration under New Business are: letters of support for the Flour Mill development, a proposed 69-unit workforce housing project being proposed by Rob Gartzman; a new staff position (Real Estate Projects Manager); and Board officer elections.
