The Colorado Mountain College has announced a trio of meetings, all scheduled to occur over the space of two days, Monday and Tuesday, October 30 to 31 at CMC Steamboat Springs. The meetings include the CMC Foundation’s Board of Directors meeting, as well as the joint meeting of the CMC Foundation board and CMC Board of Trustees, and the CMC Board of Trustees meeting.
The packed, two-day agenda on the campus at 1275 Crawford Avenue, Steamboat Springs, will begin with a Steamboat Campus Fall Employee Town Hall from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the gym, followed by lunch in the Neas Dining Hall.
There are several meetings occurring concurrently. While one group attends a work session, the Foundation will hold its board meeting from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Eagle’s Nest Conference Room. Overlapping that board meeting, the Government Relations Committee will meet from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
That evening, CMC will hold a Joint Boards’ Dinner and celebrations from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. off campus in Steamboat Springs.
The agenda for Tuesday, October 31 will include a Meet and Greet from 8:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. at the Academic Center, followed by a Housing Ribbon Cutting. The Joint Boards Meeting is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m, immediately followed by a Joint Boards Luncheon from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 pm.
CMC will wrap up the marathon meeting schedule with a Trustee Meeting beginning at 1:30 p.m., that is expected to run to 3:00 p.m.
