Community and chamber members are invited to join together from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 3 in the Piñon Room at the Buena Vista Community Center (715 East Main Street) for Buena Vista’s ongoing Community Coffee event.

The meeting, co-hosted with the Town of Buena Vista, is free and open to the public.

Community Coffee is held on the first Wednesday of every month to unite residents and businesses. It is moderated by Chamber of Commerce leadership.

According to the Chamber’s website, “Community Coffee provides an opportunity to be deeply connected, with a larger sense of community and the shared goal of bettering the place we all live, work, and play.”

Attendees can expect to hear from various elected and business leaders about what is going on in the community right now as they provide updates on the most current issues, challenges, and triumphs around town.

Attendees can also hear announcements of upcoming events and engage in discussion.

The Community Coffee event was first launched in October 2022. The ongoing goal of the meetings is to bridge the gap between leaders and residents by creating a space to connect and begin conversations.
