In response to intense community pressure, the principals of Mt. Princeton Geothermal LLC have scheduled a meeting to provide additional information regarding their proposed geothermal power development in Maxwell Park.

The community outreach meeting is set for 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, November 30. It will be held at the Buena Vista Community Center, 715 E. Main St, Buena Vista.

“I encourage interested residents to attend and bring your questions,” said Mt. Princeton Geothermal LLC principal Hank Held.

The session will include three consecutive presentations of 20-minutes on different matters, each followed by a 10-minute question and answer session. Depending upon the outcome, additional sessions may be scheduled after the new year.
