The agenda for the Salida City Council session at 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 4, will include discussion and a vote on Resolution to 2019-32, approving a Supplemental Lease Agreements between the City of Salida and the Union Pacific Railroad for parking lot expansion in downtown Salida.

Other agenda items expected to be discussed in the meeting include the first reading of an ordinance addressing the powers and duties of the Historic Preservation Commission and the process for approval of minor and major activity.

Acting in its role as the Salida Liquor Licensing Authority, it will hear a request for a Show Cause Hearing for Alleged Liquor Code Violation within the city. Council will also hear the first reading and public hearing for Ordinance 2019-11, which focuses on establishing the ground rules for Charter Franchise Agreements.
