In an email received at 12:42 p.m. today, Feb. 20. Verizon Wireless has announced an outage that started at 12:10 p.m. for customers in the Salida area. The outage is reported to affect wireless, text, and data services.

The estimated time to restore is currently unknown.

Verizon provided a link to their network status page for the latest information on this disruption and sign-up for updates. At this time, that page displays an error that it is not available.
