HRRMC to host men’s health class education series
Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center (HRRMC)’s Physical Therapy and Urology departments, along with Dr. Lydia Segal, M.D., MPH will offer a free, virtual men’s health class and education series, beginning on January 21.
This six-week course will begin on Friday, Jan. 21, running from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m. and take place weekly at the same time, ending on Friday, Feb. 25. Given the current Omicron COVID-19 variant and volume of cases in Chaffee County, classes will be taught virtually.
Classes will focus on a review of reproductive and pelvic anatomy, common male urogenital diagnoses, sexual health, mobility and stability, pelvic muscle exercises, and more. Special guest speakers will present on these topics.
