“Your answers will help your employer(s) and community partners better understand this need and how active they should be in these discussions,” states the introduction to the survey.

Questions included in the form ask about employment, children, childcare needs, childcare use if it were available, types of childcare, times when it would be needed, budgets available to pay for it, and more.

There is also room for an expanded answer beyond the multiple choice to express more information to the CCECC about specific needs.

The CCECC is asking for participants to complete only one survey per family.

The survey is available online here or through the QR code in the CCECC’s graphic (included below).

According to their website, CCECC’s mission is to “build a comprehensive, sustainable system of local services that ensures all Chaffee County children have the support they need to start school ready to learn.”

CCECC is one of thirty-four Early Childhood Councils in Colorado working in partnership to ready the youngest children for school and support families.

CCECC was founded in 2007. The group facilitates collaboration across communities in Chaffee County to address local needs. The group’s efforts have resulted in the implementation solutions that bring evidence-based services to families in the community.
