Major work involves Crestone, Grant, Teller, Milford and I streets
The city of Salida has contracted for asphalt maintenance work that begins today, Wednesday May 9, including crack sealing and seal coats.
Major work activities will take place on Crestone Avenue, Grant Street, I Street between First and Third streets, Teller Street and Milford Avenue.
Temporary street closures will occur during this time, and city officials recommend using alternate routes when possible.
The project is expected to be completed June 15.
