The Salida Business Alliance is in need of volunteers for the upcoming Fourth of July festivities. Since the event is capped at 1,200 people allowed within the fenced area at Riverside Park, volunteers are needed to help keep track of people coming in and out. This process will look similar to the counting previously used at Walmart.
At least two people are needed at the entrance and exit over the course of the day. Those interested in volunteering also have the opportunity to help set up and take down decorations.
