The first anniversary of the formation of the Chaffee County Community Foundation (CCCF) will be celebrated from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 11 in the Salida Scout Hut, located at 210 E. Sackett in Salida.
According to CCCF Executive Director Joseph Teipel, CCCF has spent its first year working with and on behalf of Chaffee County’s nonprofits and residents and has invited the community to celebrate and enjoy drinks, appetizers, meet and greet with community members, and partake in a presentation about CCCF’s accomplishments and vision.
