For those looking to spice up their dinner on April 14, the Tres Litros Beer Company in Salida has arranged for some plant-based junk food. Vuture Food, a plant-based food truck will stop in Salida for one night only. The truck will be open from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Vuture Foods is coming from Los Angeles to feed Salida “some of the best Vegan Comfort food around.” Their staff will be wearing gloves and face masks. All items will be made in to-go containers. No pre-orders will be available.
They will be accepting credit cards and exact change only. All of their items contain soy, and they are entirely nut-free.
Their loaded fries are made with gluten-free ingredients however, they are fired in the same fryer as their patties which contain wheat. Their patties are made from a combination of soy, wheat, and peas.
Vuture will post a menu the morning of the 14.
