After hearing a report on the ADA Transition Plan at their work session on April 3, the Salida City Council will consider approval of the plan at their regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. tonight, April 4.

The Transition Plan is intended to bring the City of Salida into full compliance with accessibility standards set by the Americans With Disabilities Act.

Also on the agenda for tonight’s meeting are final resolutions regarding the Groover annexation at 7285 County Road 160; approvals of special events licenses for KHEN-FM, Sunfest, and 2023 FIBArk.

Council will also consider approval of a contract with Recreation Engineering and Planning for planned work to convert the Whitewater Park boat ramp into pedestrian access; and a liquor license hearing for Rocky Mountain Mercantile at 119 E. First Street.
